December is a busy month for mailing packages. On three seperate visits I arrived at the post office in Huntsville at 8:30 the time they have posted they open. On all three visits they dont open the door until 5 to 7 min. After 8:30 am when they open the door no good morning sorry about your wait or anything also post office is dirty trash on the floor. I had trash after preparing my package. I asked if they had a trash can they said no. Can we not get any friendly people to work at the post office? Makes me mad every time I go there. Both employees were rude and talking while customers were waiting for them to unlock the doors at 8:30 am. If your expecting a good experience at the post office in Huntsville,Arkansas forget about it.
Never answer the phone and this is the second time I have had an Amazon order say it was delivered & it wasn't. I go to the Huntsville post office & it is sitting there...NOT DELIVERED. I have been to the Huntsville post office many times & they are never that busy to NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! If other places can answer the phine so can Huntsville post office.
I been trying to call Huntsville post office it says package delivered in or at mail box so again some had stolen my package I have told post office do not LEAVE package outside of mail box if postal worker to lazy to bring to my house please take it back to post office
Big complaint... according to this bill I have, it was sent out 7/20/2017 and we just got it 7/27/2017 and the last day to pay is tomorrow. This is not the first issues we've had about similar things. I don't know what is going on considering we live right in the middle of town and the bill is from right here too. But something needs to be done.
I have a huge complaint. I purchased an item expecting on Saturday the1st July. This item i purchased was to finish a customers product. I promised him that i would have it done this day as my tracking said it was out for delivery. It is now 6pm and the mail already has been delivered but not all of it. Not only that I've had mail tampered with in which is a federal offense. I am in complete disgust with the Huntsville p.o.
