I would appreciate it if you have a Prime package to deliver, place in on the front porch, and don't break down the box so you can force it into the mailbox. I can't get it out when you do that..........this is not the first time that has happened.

no mail pickup today @ 561 CR 504 mail was out at 8:45 A.M. its now 16:59 and its still there.

Not happy with the Berryville post office. A grown man (postal employee) should not laugh at a woman struggling to carry a heavy oversized box from the post office to her car that couldn’t be delivered by the mail carrier. The two grown men in the office should offer their assistance, especially since they have the tools (dollies) to move it. That is what they get paid for. THEY are from a generation that should know better.

It's common for this post office to lose packages, it's because the post master is also a member of a police family, and if you order something nice, and they like it, they will keep it, so for important shipments rely on UPS, or FedEx, so your item won't end up as a gift for someone else
